Terms and Conditions
All details concerning the event should be confirmed 7 days prior to the date. These details should include: Timing, Schedule, Menu Selection, Wine Selection, Music and Entertainment.
The owners and staff of La Peniche reserve the right to refuse admission, or to put ashore any person behaving in a dangerous, life-threatening, or anti-social manner. (If life or property is deemed at risk, the Captain or Manager may call Emergency Services at his or her discretion.) The owners and staff of La Peniche will accept no responsibility whatsoever for personal items lost, damaged, stolen, or dropped overboard- guests bring their property on board entirely at their own risk. The Organiser of the event will be held responsible for any damage to La Peniche caused by guests. A Cleaning Charge of €100 applies where any furniture, fittings or toilet facilities are excessively soiled or damaged.
In the unlikely event that the cruise may have to be partially or totally cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the company (mechanical failure, extreme weather conditions, canal water level, etc), the cruise fee (if any) will be automatically refunded or not charged.
